K Pawz Creations Layaway Terms and Conditions

 

Layaway is a free service for my collectors. There is no handling or service charge for layaways if the following rules are agreed upon and adhered to.

 

� Your purchase of $_____ US must be paid in 2 payments of 50% each.

 

� The first $_____ US payment must be made within 3 days of auctions end, or agreement to purchase.

 

� The remaining payment must be made in 30 days (please see the

payment schedule below.)

 

 

� If layaway is canceled or is not paid in full by final due date then the layaway is forfeited.

 

� Any monies paid on forfeited layaways will be refunded as a credit towards future purchases minus any final value/listing/re-listing fees incurred by seller due to the forfeiture.

 

� Anyone who cancels or forfeits a layaway can not use layaway service in future.

 

� Payments can be made via, Pay Pal or money order (must be mailed and dated on or before final payment date).
